VMG-F.A.C.T.S. (Field wide Allocation & Composition Tracking System) is a system for tracking the composition and flows of produced fluid from the wellhead to sales inclusive of all wells and facilities. The system can be updated from routine data to capture changes and provide pseudo real time information. VMG-F.A.C.T.S. is designed to:

The VMG-F.A.C.T.S. user interface collates and coordinates field data between your data management systems and VMGSim process models of your field and facilities. VMGSim’s PIONA based characterisation matrix leverages extended hydrocarbon analyses to capture the unique and changing compositions and properties from each well. Once transferred to a VMGSim process model the process streams will be tracked through the field as they are mixed, processed and separated. Temperature, pressure and flow data is captured from data historians and transferred to process models to provide an up to date or historical picture of the field. The user interface allows process models to be updated with current, historical or potential data without the need for excessive data entry.
VMG-F.A.C.T.S. will also track major and minor components such as hydrogen sulfide, methanol and glycol that are not necessarily captured in a hydrocarbon analysis. Hydrate formation and potential component concentration can be predicted in locations without instrumentation. The Process simulations can also be adapted and interacted with on an ad hoc basis to evaluate scenarios and run case studies.
VMG-F.A.C.T.S will collate field data to track and predict key performance indicators. The system is adaptable and designed to be scalable to hundreds of wells to show the system wide effect of production or operational changes.
